Leticia Mondragon, Coastal Bend Blood Center, receives the 2011 Donor Recruiter of the Year from ADRP Immediate Past President Kelly High.

Leticia Mondragon

Donor Development/Public Relations
Coastal Bend Blood Center

Over the past 12 years Leticia Mondragon has shown incredible drive and success in growing donor contributions. Leticia has focused on building strategic partnerships within the community and developing the high school program, which provides over a quarter of the center’s annual draw. She also started the Coastal Bend Blood Center’s semi-annual blood drive, “O” What a Party, to increase donations during the winter and summer months, inviting all donors, but specifically targeting “O”  donors. In addition to being a leader and positive force in the Coastal Bend community, Leticia plays an integral role in the training of every new recruiter at her center and supporting recruiters at other centers.
