New York Blood Center
Although just completing her first year as Account Manager for New York Blood Center, Dorian Decshesne-Walsh is already earning high marks from her supervisor. She excels at communication, knows when to sound the alarm, when to report critical information and when to ask for help. She has demonstrated proficiency in working across all market segments especially high schools and with the center’s Little Doctors Program® designed for elementary students. Dorian brings a professional and positive attitude to her position and the ever-needed sense of humor. Dorian took over in a territory with a previous ADRP scholarship winner… so she had tough shoes to fill. But it is evident she is already very well loved by her coordinators and team members.
