Paula Roberts serves as the catalyst behind the professional, successful recruiters of the Blood Systems organization, a team that generates more than one million red blood cells annually. She has spearheaded initiatives to formalize procedures and effective training systems, and created compensation and recognition structures, fully integrating donor recruitment into overall operational planning. During her many years of blood banking, Paula has demonstrated the highest level of integrity and professionalism. She has a keen sense of community awareness and involvement, and has been highly active in the Association of Donor Recruitment Professionals (ADRP) and America’s Blood Centers.
