Confirmations
Confirmations will be e-mailed upon receipt of registration form or payment. Call 512.658.9414 if you do not receive prompt confirmation.
Cancellation
Written notice of cancellation must be received by Friday, May 7, 2010. Cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No cancellations for registrations received after May 7.
Substitutions
Substitutes for registrants will be accepted if the ADRP receives written notification postmarked or faxed no later than May 7, 2010.
Purchasing Guest Passes
If you would like to have a guest join you for selected events at the ADRP Annual Conference in Seattle, we have a deal for you! You can now purchase two types of guest passes for those accompanying conference attendees who do not wish to attend sessions.
Host City Guest Ticket. This ticket can be purchased for the Friday night Host City event for a cost of $50.
Five-Event Guest Pass. You can purchase a Five-Event Guest Pass for the cost of $100 – allowing your guest to attend the following events:
- Welcome Reception − Wednesday Evening;
- Opening Ceremonies – Wednesday Evening;
- ADRP Awards Ceremony/General Session - Friday Morning;
- ADRP Members Annual Luncheon – Friday Lunch;
- Host City Event – Friday Night.
To purchase a Host City Guest Ticket or Five-Event Guest Pass, please check the appropriate place on the Conference Registration Form. Please note – Guest Tickets / Passes do not allow access to other conference meals, exhibits or educational sessions.
