What to Expect at the Annual Conference

We listened to your feedback and here is what you want to see:

Capacity - what is it, how can we define it in and out of Hemasphere; Logistics planning in an organization; Cost effective resource planning; What role does planning play in bridging the recruitment collections gap?

Creating collection processes using a change control program to ensure all departments downstream have had impact properly assessed.

Diversity in donors. Recruitment efforts on how to reach the Hispanic and African American donors. Success stories on how to also increase donations for the 20-40 age demographic.

I’d like to attend round table discussions.

More workshops.

Scheduling and Mobile Staging.

Quality Assurance and Donor Services bridging the gap through compliance.

Different types of promotional ideas that have worked to get in new or previous donors. Ways in which other centres manage their donors so that they come back - turning a new donor into a regular donor.

What are past attendees saying about ADRP?

Conference Was Absolutely Amazing!!!

Had a really great time and I found the topics engaging and very interesting. I loved hearing the speakers and I enjoyed the networking reception

My first ADRP was absolutely amazing and I feel very lucky that I was allowed to attend. The sessions were fantastic and the speakers were very engaging. My highlight was getting to know my international colleagues. I was sad at the closing ceremony because I want to come again!!
