Health and Safety

How is ADRP addressing safety and health concerns for the August event?

  • ADRP is working diligently, hand-in-hand with internal and external advisors and experts who are guiding informed conversations and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Given the evolving nature of the vaccine rollout, current environment, global considerations, and more, these conversations and decisions are fluid. We expect that the planning and protocols will change over time, and our plans are built with that evolution in mind.
  • We will continue to stay up-to-date on all relevant guidance from both global, national, state, and local health authorities.
  • We are also in coordination and having ongoing conversations with our hotel accommodations partner.
  • As ADRP prepares for the Conference, we will continue to build a comprehensive on-site preparedness plan to address the safety and well-being of all attendees. We will provide details about the on-site preparedness plan to all attendees in the coming months.

What health and safety protocols will attendees need to plan for onsite?

ADRP will implement specific health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the conference. ADRP will provide further details on these requirements as we get closer to the Conference.

Compliance with some or all of the protocols adopted by ADRP may be mandatory for in-person attendance and participation at the Conference. Additional information regarding the specific health and safety measures, and any necessary consents by you, will be communicated to attendees prior to the first day of the Conference.

Cancellation policy

If circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to info@adrp.org. Our cancellation policy is outlined below.

Registrations will be refunded if you notify ADRP of your cancellation in writing on or before midnight EDT, August 1, 2021.

There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after August 1, 2021. This can include, but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness, alteration or rescheduling of the Conference by ADRP, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Conference refunds approved by ADRP will be issued within five to seven business days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment form.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT CANCELLING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR HOTEL AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. ATTENDEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THEIR OWN HOTEL AND TRAVEL RESERVATIONS.

Substitution policy

Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the Conference start date and, in certain cases, on-site. Please contact info@adrp.org to complete a substitution.

If the substitution takes place on-site, the substitute must bring a letter on company letterhead authorizing the substitution.
