• Building Your Blood Drive Program:  learn about goal setting, managing your volunteer base, engaging corporate leadership and overcoming common challenges faced by drive coordinators.
• Creative Recruitment:  effectively market your drive, establish effective type-specific recruitment strategies, create a three-step plan to tell a recipient story in order to engage donors.
• Drive Day Game Plan:  get your event noticed, put a plan in place to prepare for the big day and engage your volunteers so they can help you run a successful drive.
• We Beat Our Goal!  Now What?: follow the gift of life on its journey from blood drive to lab to hospital to its ultimate destination: the patient.

Following a banquet lunch in the spectacular Normandie Lounge, attendees will join ADRP conference attendees in the Grand Ballroom as we kick off our program which includes:

• The Conference Opening Session a motivational speaker.  This session will leave you motivated and anxious to plan your organization’s next life-saving drive.
