Presentation Description: "Do we have a budget for this?" This can sometimes be a painful question when trying something new or innovative to get more donors at the blood drive. Think of the promotions we could run or the media partners we could have without a limitation on a budget. We were recently faced with this dilemma when Nebraska was targeted to have a significant growth in mobile operations. A challenge was set before us. The territory was strong but expansion outside of our own backyard was key. Join us to learn how we created internal and external councils. Stretched our social media reach outside of Facebook and Twitter. We held successful media partnerships and are growing over the aggressive goals set before us. This was a big task and we want to share our success with you.
