Marketing Insights to Drive Change

Join us for a special edition ADRP Marketing Webinar on July 24th

This year, ADRP launched the first-ever ADRP Marketing Survey to serve as a tool to enhance your blood center’s marketing strategy. The anonymized data from this resource can be used to benchmark your blood center’s marketing spend and marketing activities with your peers.

During this special webinar, we will share the results of the survey and provide attendees with key information and insights to drive future decision-making, including:

·        appointment acquisitions and donor retention;

·        spend allocation through various marketing channels, and

·        paid advertising, donor incentives, and social media activity.

And it gets better; Keynote Speaker Riley T. Krotz, Ph.D., will share his insights in “Saving Lives in the Social Media Era: Increasing Blood Donations.”  Dr. Krotz is an award-winning marketing professor at Florida State University exploring blood donations, frontline employees, and public policy. Professor Krotz’s research has appeared in marketing and supply chain management’s most prestigious academic Journals and has received over $200,000 in grant funding from globally recognized organizations, including the American Marketing Association, the Academy of Marketing Science, the Association for Consumer Research, and the American Antitrust Institute.
